"Extremely friendly staff. Very accommodating to your requirements. I would have liked to see more outdoor sitting especially in the sun. Very cozy bar that we enjoyed in the evenings. In the bar they should not play loud local filmy music that most of the people didn’t seem to enjoy. "

"Beautiful property snd rooms are very spacious and comfortable. It has all the modern amenities while retaining the old school charm of such an old building. We loved the wood burning fire place in the room as well. Breakfast was really good and staff at breakfast place was very friendly and courteous and service was top notch. Afternoon high tea was also amazing. Property has a beautiful courtyard and several charming cottages and suites. Highly recommend staying here for Ooty visit"

"When I checked in the room had prior guest’s trash and the bed and bathroom smelled terrible. The couch had blood stains. Gave my laundry to be cleaned and it came back stinking like urine. The food was also bad."

"There was no heat even though the temperature was below 50 degree Fahrenheit. The shower did not work and the food for breakfast had run out. Our rooms had absolutely no windows or sunlight. Badly needs renovation. Most importantly it’s being run with skimpy staff and so no one answered the telephones or took care of you. Sad because bones of property are great. "

"I generally do not write reviews! But this one forced me to... Went as a couple to stay at the property (La Montana) for 2 days. We checked out 5 days ago when writing this review. The wifi did not work until we left, the television never worked always giving error that payment due. When we went to eat breakfast we been asked to leave because it was very close to "closing" time . Very rude staffs. Bathroom stinks - no proper showerhead or hot water. Staff had to come 3 times to fix our...
