"Great location on hilltop, on the way to the highest point of Ooty (Dodabetta). Quite spacious and they have lot of activities to spend time. The best thing I like the evening tea stall that serves variety of teas to pick from with light snacks. And that was on the house! The availability of choices in liquor were limited. Food quality in buffet breakfast and dinner was OK - can be improved. We liked ala-carte dishes."

"Beautiful property snd rooms are very spacious and comfortable. It has all the modern amenities while retaining the old school charm of such an old building. We loved the wood burning fire place in the room as well. Breakfast was really good and staff at breakfast place was very friendly and courteous and service was top notch. Afternoon high tea was also amazing. Property has a beautiful courtyard and several charming cottages and suites. Highly recommend staying here for Ooty visit"

"We stayed for 3 nights in Dec 17. Rooms in cottage category are newly built, clean & have large private terrace with 270 degrees of beautiful tea plantation view. The surroundings of the property has colorful landscaping and sits on the edge of the plantation. Just like a scenic picture. Food is absolutely amazing. Just to name a few... Gajar ka halwa, South Indian Biryani, South Indian Curry, sevai kheer, Dosa... were simply perfect! We also used sightseeing packages that comes with clean...

"There was no heat even though the temperature was below 50 degree Fahrenheit. The shower did not work and the food for breakfast had run out. Our rooms had absolutely no windows or sunlight. Badly needs renovation. Most importantly it’s being run with skimpy staff and so no one answered the telephones or took care of you. Sad because bones of property are great. "
