"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I was a little nervous booking the B&B because I didn’t see many reviews. I must say the property is very clean and has a very unique design. The pool was beautiful as well as the garden. It is super close to the train so you can take it to the Almafi Coast for a day trip. It’s also a very short walk to the ruins. Breakfast was delicious and the host was very kind. "It was convenient and safe to have off street parking. However, we needed to pick up the key from another location. Traffic is very busy and roads are very narrow, so we walked to get the key (about 15min). We were advised at that point that the complimentary breakfast was at this location, and not at our accomodation. Also, when we walked back to our room, we were missing a bed. "A very friendly hotel, with staff who did everything they could to help us, despite the language barrier. It is comfortable, if old fashioned in decor, which we liked. We had expected to be able to get breakfast and a beer or a glass of wine at night, neither of which was available, though you can get non-alcoholic hot and cold drinks and snacks from vending machines in the foyer. The area is basically industrial but is convenient for the Pompeii ruins, which are just a 20 minute walk away."

"The owners obviously love their BandB, they have made everything perfect for a relaxed stay. Beautifully decorated and everything is provided. Its very close to entrances to the Pompei Ruins, and there are mamy restaurants close by. It could be a little hard to find, down a ramp at the ENI station, but Andrea drive up and was looking for me when i told him i was arriving. 10 Stars, wonderful!"

"Great place to stay in a cute small town between Naples and Amalfi coast. Close to Pompeii. Valet parking is free and needed. Beautiful and easy 5 minute walk overlooking the coast to town. All the staff was excellent, front desk, valet, restaurant and spa. Very comfortable room but no in room coffee maker. "

"Dino was a fantastic and welcoming host, happy to share his excellent knowledge about the local area. Our family room was perfect for 2 adults and 2 teens. The B&B is perfectly located in the heart of Pompei, directly opposite the entrance gates to the ancient ruins. A great base for explorations and many dining options very nearby. "

"This is an excellent choice for anyone staying in Pompei and visiting the archaeological site, Pompeii, or the associated museums and villas. All of the staff were friendly and attentive; the Hotel is spotlessly clean, stylish and modern, with spacious rooms and comfortable beds; all topped off with excellent breakfasts and local eateries. I couldn't recommend enough. I don't think you'll find anywhere even close to this quality without traveling in from Naples. It's proximity to the Pompeii station, much closer than the Scavi train station, means you can easily and cheaply (around €3 each as if January 2025) visit Naples in about an hour if needed. There's no need to feel limited in anyway by choosing this hotel. "

"We had a great stay at Hotel Herculaneum overall! The hotel and its facilities were clean and well-kept. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. It even had a lovely balcony overlooking the street! It was tidied up daily and washcloths and bathmats were replaced daily (there is no Do Not Disturb sign - which we didn’t mind). There was a slight drainage issue in our shower on our first night (which caused a little flooding) but the issue seemed to have been fixed by the time we returned the following evening. The front desk staff were amazing; they were friendly, helpful, and happily answered our questions. The surrounding area was safe, considering that the hotel is steps away from Herculaneum (safe for tourists). The hotel’s best feature is its location - aside from being right across Herculaneum, it is only a 10 min walk from the train station (Ercolano Scavi) which is where you can take the Circumvesuviana line to go to Pompei, Sorrento (Almafi coast), and Naples; therefore, it is central to all of these places! "
