"7/10 Our stay was, for the most part, comfortable. The beds were nice and the apartment very spacious. The only things we thought needed improvement was some of the cleanliness and availability of items. The ad stated there was an electric kettle but we couldnt find one anywhere in the apartment. "We were in La Crosse for a tournament. Wanted somewhere quiet but close to ball field. It was a very quiet spot, kitchen was well stocked, and beds were very comfortable. Our host was super. She gave us info on the area, bought the coffee, and even made chicken on the grill. We could relax by the dock."

"We had booked this property in July for a late September booking. I paid over $600, received a reservation confirmation from Vrbo, numerous reminder emails and check-in information. When we arrived and entered the property via the code provided to us, the property was trashed and already occupied. The host was unresponsive, and claimed that we had not paid for the property and our reservation did not exist. I am working with Vrbo to resolve. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BOOK HERE!"
