"Helpful and friendly staff who could answer any questions. Bathroom door was a sliding one with a gap around all sides so not soundproof in any way also not well ventilated. Cheap toilet tissue. Otherwise good room with kettle for tea but only two teabags supplied, one black and one camomile. Balcony looked at the building next door. Very lovely bed linen. Rooms not made up until the afternoon. Good fresh breakfast items but the heated food containers had been turned off so food was cold. Good location. Small observations but they make a difference. "

"Great hotel in a residential rather than tourist area within easy walking distance of the historic town. The hotel itself is within the Ria Shopping Centre on the 2nd floor with lift access and is very modern and clean. Good breakfast and free hot drinks available throughout the day. Would recommend."

"Had two weeks here in January. Views from living room balcony and roof top were fantastic. Apartment is as advertised. We enjoyed the hot tub and the outside space. TV and internet got us through a couple of stormy days. Communication with owner was excellent. Owner quickly answered any questions and was very flexible on our check out time. Would highly recommend!"
