"The property has the most stunning sea views and everything that a large family would need. The area was exceptionally quiet and peaceful. The property is located on a steephill, and so a pram or buggy for any under 5s is advisable. The pool is lovely and has sufficient shade, with a very shallow side, perfect for younger children. We had several bbqs, enjoying the glorious sea views and views of Altea old town. We all had a wonderful time and would definitely rent this villa again."

"We rented this beautiful property in early September and it was fabulous, the views are beyond belief. very well equipped and a good size lovely owners live downstairs very friendly, however I speak no German and they speak no English. no English telly but that does not matter, not much in the way of bars etc for a bit of a drive but we thoroughly enjoyed our whole stay."

"Had a lovely 5 days away at Barry’s beautiful villa.Barry went above and beyond from communication to a lovely welcome pack.He arranged for his friend Peter to collect and take us back to the airport for a reasonable charge.Peter was lovely.Candy also helped us while we were away with taxis as it is a bit remote as in the mountains and we didn’t rent a car.And was happy to call around to find us a taxi and book activities if we wanted.Overall a wonderful holiday.Thankyou to you all.John and Sue"

"Spacious, well equipped kitchen, good showers, great swimming pool, good outdoor space and leisure areas. Pool was cleaned twice during our stay and garden maintained. However, couldn’t find a welcome pack with info for gas or appliances. Outside seating well below standard expected- ripped sunbeds, stained cushions and light not working in the pool. There was an issue with ants and a few cockroaches - in my opinion due to a lack of deep cleaning in the house and general property upkeep. Also I...

"After our stay we did not get our €500 deposit back and they took another €150 from my credit card. They emailed saying that they’d taken it because of a “damaged or thrown away cot”. There was no cot in any of the rooms when we got there so we definitely did not damage one or throw one away. I have tried to contact the owner to dispute this but they are ignoring me. I raised this with Vrbo over a week ago and they told me they have escalated the issue but I’m currently down €650 which I cannot...
