"This place can hardly be called a hotel, it’s more of a hostel with individual rooms but shared bathrooms. The room was quite dirty with dust and hair on the floor. The condition of the bathrooms was similar (see photos). "

"Turned up to check in, after already telling them my check in time. The hotel was closed and wouldn't let us in. Leaving 2 women on there own with no where to stay. Have refused to give us a refund and were aggressive and rude the next day. I have heard lots of bad reports from locals about them now too."

"We wanted a place where we could stay for 14 days and take day trips to other towns. Villajoyosa was perfect. The best thing about this apartment is its location. It is right on the promenade, facing a magnificent beach with palm trees. You can sit on the terrace and enjoy the view, eat, drink and people watch.
