"It was very close to a lot of restaurants, shopping malls and bus/tram stations. As a suggestion, it would be really nice if they can provide a bottle of water in the room as a complimentary service. "

We were never provided it, despite multiple follow-ups with the manager (who even promised we would get it). ´ Also, the website indicates regular cleaning and during 1 week stay, the apartment was neither cleaned nor have we received fresh towels, toilet paper etc. We were explained by the manager that regular means once a week. "The property is very convenient and a good value for your money. The staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was included in the price, and I could park (for a small fee) in one of their spots. Convenient location for our stay

"Lovely hotel by the river and next to plenty of bars, restaurants and shops. Staff were friendly and let you know about complimentary coffee, pastries and 10% off voucher for restaurant next door. Bedroom did get warm but air-con fixed this. Mattress a little soft and bathroom floor gets very wet when showering"

"We were impressed how beautiful spotless and well organized it was. Employees were so helpful and friendly. Unbeatable location. I would say it’s a world class Hotel with world class service. We have traveled a lot throughout the world and stayed in many excellence hotels but this is the best hotel we’ve ever stayed so far."

"Great hotel. Room was huge. Great value for the price. Pool and gym were an extra fee which was a little unusual but didn’t end up using anyways. Fabulous location. Quick walk to the Dom and river cruises. Area felt very safe. "
