"When I go to all the trouble of actually writing a review, I’m going to be totally honest (& maybe a little picky.)We absolutely positively LOVED the view.The weather was cool (by FL standards) the week we stayed, and there was no hot tub although I saw “hot tub”somewhere on the listing. But the pool was heated. Nice 2 person kayak was available with life vests. I really enjoyed chilling & reading on the balcony & looking at the ocean & birds. The condominium has a modern recently renovated gym, library and games room. Outside there is plenty of room to lay out at the pool and there are tiki huts where you can sit/eat in the shade too.Excellent communication from the owner. They were very nice.I have a bad back, but the bed in the master BR was good. The twin beds in the other BR are probably okay for kids. LR sofa & chairs were comfortable. Unit itself could use some wear & tear touch-up painting, etc., but that’s minor. Oven was brand new. There was a coffee maker and also a Keurig-type, which was great because we use both.Wish list - I cook, and mentioned to the owner that a lidded Pyrex and/or Corning-ware casserole would be a plus. But I was able to manage with pans, of which there were plenty. A bigger, more powerful microwave would have been nice for a cook like me, but I know most people on vacation eat out. Conclusion - We really enjoyed staying in this unit & would stay again. The view is wonderful."

"If you get the great weather the Keys often offer, you will love this place. The outdoor space is massive and hard to beat. Nice big area to play soccer or throw a ball, a beach, kayaks, and nice long low dock. We were able to rent a boat and easily come and go. It's in a great location-- quiet, but just a handful of miles from some of the more touristy attractions and restaurants in the area. "

"We loved so much about this property. The layout of the home was perfect with the multiple bedrooms and baths. The kitchen, living and dining rooms were very open so we felt like we could use the entire main floor but not be crowded. The pool was a great temp and we spent a lot of our time just hanging out there. We saw manatees from the dock and were able to rent a boat and keep it overnight. The fishermen and women in our group appreciated that there were fishing poles available. The management company was responsive with all my questions, which was even more impressive considering we were there over the holidays. We highly recommend this property!"

"The property was beautiful and had so many wonderful extras! Our extended family of 11, ranging from ages 8-81, had plenty of space. There was something for everyone! Ralph was super helpful and attentive. We would definitely book this property again. "

"The rental is exactly as described with an easy to contact/communicate with owner. The views are breathtaking and the condo has a great layout to offer privacy in the bedrooms and distribute sound. The property felt safe with enhanced security measures on site and many of the other residents were extended stay renters or owners. We had the only children in the building during the whole rental and they were well-received and asked to participate in games at the pool with the adults. Activities and dining options are close and everything you need is within five minutes (grocery, pharmacy, etc). We don’t have any suggestions to improve the rental and recommend highly. "
