GREAT PLACE FOR LARGE GROUPS!
We had a large family group stay in the house and there is more than enough room for everyone! The master is AMAZING and the rooftop has beautiful sunset views over the bay. We definitely enjoyed our stay and plan to book here again!

It is the lap of luxury. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and barely left the house! Our Florida keys staycation. The manatees greeted us and dolphins sent us off. Fantastic place.

Had a really good time at this lovely property. Hit Costco on our way down from the airport and made the most of the kitchen and multiple dining areas. Got a glimpse of 2 manatees on our last day. It was everything we hoped it would be!

Beautiful views, house well appointed, spacious kitchen and living area allowed 2 families to cook simultaneously, watch TV and play games together comfortably. Nice central location. Easily able to scuba dive, parasail, jet ski and kayak.

Wonderful spot for family vacation!!
We had 10 family members enjoying this great location! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, lots of fishing off the deck and enjoying all kinds of wild life. Manatees, an alligator, horseshoe crabs at the shoreline, iguanas, etc. The game room was so much fun and the sunsets from the rooftop deck beautiful!! Highly recommend this lovely house with so many extras.

Best house we’ve stayed in in Islamorada!
We had such a great time with our kids and grandkids and some friends. We have decided this will be our go to vacation!! Beautiful!! Caught fish right off of the dock and grandpa fried them up right there. Kids loved the pool and beach area! Loved d the hot tub too! We’ll be back!!

2023 vacation
This was the 2nd stay for our family! We had a fantastic time again and hope to do it again in 2024. Caught fish off the dock again and the guys caught fish out in the boat. The management team was great to work with! Thank you Matthew and Julie!!

Great Escape
The property was awesome! Had one issue where water came in after a hard rain, but Upper Key and the owner were quick to respond. Overall we had a great week. Would recommend more trash cans on the upper level and a bigger one around the pool area.

Everything we had hoped for!
My party of nine was looking for a place that we could enjoy comfortably and have easy access to the water. This home did not disappoint. The house was spacious, clean and included all the essentials. The lagoon location was perfect, as we rented paddleboards and a 23 foot deck boat for the week. We enjoyed our rides out to the sandbar and alligator reef almost daily. The pool also was a nice respite for those who did not feel as adventurous. We had a fabulous week and would certainly consider renting this home again!

Fabulous
Such a beautiful home and area. Quiet and secluded at end of the road. Saw Manatees at our dock almost daily. Watched crocodiles swim across the water area too! They didn’t bother us, stayed in their own spots. We were so surprised by the sandy beach house j our backyard. Our dog loved to roll in the warm sand. Gorgeous views from the master suite and porches and breezes everywhere! Would recommend this home to anyone! They had many items for us to use, I.e., games, pool toys, kayaks, bikes, even spices and laundry detergent. So nice.

Our Home Away from Home
This was our second year staying at this home and we consider it our home for a week and treat it as such. Our family of 9 stayed this year. The home is so large and spread out we never felt crowded. The game room is a favorite of our grandkids and the pool is a favorite of all of us. We cooked most meals at home and happy there is a Winn Dixie close. We rode bikes and walked and appreciate that this home is in a neighborhood. We fished from the sandy yard, watched dolphins, manatees, and "Marsha", the resident croc (not sure how the kids came up with the name). I could go on about how much we enjoyed our stay but I believe the title says it all. We love this home and location so much we already rented for next year.

BEAUTIFUL, large home with everything you need for a wonderful vacation
The layout of this property is absolutely AWESOME! The bedrooms are all very large and are separated enough to make it easy for individuals in a large group to have their own space, if needed. The living space and kitchen are huge and VERY, VERY well equipped with MANY appliances, cookware, dishes, etc - and the view from both inside this space and out on the spacious balcony deck are amazing! There is a separate downstairs area that sleeps quite a few people and serves as a GREAT recreation room as well, with a pool table, table tennis, exercise equipment, etc. The pool, deck and covered area outside are perfect for entertaining. We were lucky enough to meet the owner - who is extremely responsive and helpful! The cleaning crew were extremely personable as well. PERFECT spot for a large group in Islamorada!!! HIGHLY recommended!

Absolutely perfect!
I’m always looking for a perfect vacation spot for our grown children, their spouses and our grandchildren. This “Sanctuary” was phenomenal. Loved the beautiful home, the layout, attention to guest amenities and location location location!! We enjoyed every inch of this beautiful property. We have all agreed that it was the best spot we’ve ever vacationed in. I own a lakefront Vrbo property and have a very high standard. This place has exceeded all of my expectations and more. The proximity to the grocery store, beaches and restaurants was super easy and convenient. To any future visitors, I would hope that you would take the upmost care of this beautiful home and treasure the fact that this is truly a phenomenal home that the gracious owner has so generously shared with families to create an amazing and perfect vacation. Two Weeks of Relaxation
Overall. we had a wonderful time and the house had everything we needed for 2 weeks of fun and relaxation. We had young children that loved to play in the sand out front and in the pool. The adults enjoyed the pool for entertaining the children, and then relaxing at night. I enjoy fishing and you can catch as many small Mangrove Snappers as you want using shrimp for bait. My 4-year-old granddaughter loved catching the fish. The view is fantastic and the sunrise as well as the sunset can be enjoyed. We rode bikes that we brought to the grocery store and some restaurants. We rented kayaks and enjoyed paddling in the lagoon as well as the entrance to the Gulf. The kitchen has everything one needs and it has plenty of room for everyone to cook and eat as they please. The bedrooms are excellent and plenty of bathrooms. We did not use the game room much, but if you have teens, it would be the perfect place for them to have fun. We were blessed with good weather and had a great time.
