"Was assigned a room in the ground floor, the bed was wet and the room had a lot of mosquitoes and was smelling very bad. The bathroom door din’t have lock from outside. Requested for room change. That room had the same standards and the room entrance has a plate with a greasy and smelly plate with half eaten chicken bones on it. "

"It took me 15 mins to check in because of presumably some problem with other visitor. When taking more than 10 mins to check in, I hope staff inform me about estimated time to wait. I feel like it's waste of time to wait."
