"Dirt road/drive. Not a lot of room for navigation, but enough room to move around. The house was quaint and perfect. Check in was an envelope left on a table. Perfect! Serves a purpose for a one night stay. No refrigerator and limited outlets. Would stay again!"

"We absolutely loved our time at May Acres Cottage. It was the perfect location for us to explore the parkway, visit friends in Asheville and a quick trip away to a family wedding! The cottage was spotless and was equipped with everything We could have needed. Julie and Tim were wonderful hosts! "

"The property is much better than in the photos. The appointments are very nice, right down to the framed photo in the bathroom. The most striking thing is how warm and comfortable it feels once you are inside. Convenient location for everything there is to see and do in Ashville. Jason, the owner is very good at communicating with you and tries to accommodate all your requests. The additional space serving as an office with a wonderful day bed was a pleasant surprise. "Lake lure took a big hit to the storm. But this cabin had all we needed to keep us occupied during our stay. Restaurants and some shops are open. Loved how everyone is so open to helping each other.
