"Nice view of the Fujisan and excellent service "

"Wonderful stay here. Very authentic onsen experience. All inclusive was great with access to the lounge. Kaiseki dinner was wonderful. Breakfast has a lot of options. The gardens were stunning. The evening drum performance and bingo was great fun. Unfortunately it was cloudy and rainy for our short stay so we couldn’t see Mt Fuji but the hotel made our stay just as pleasurable even without seeing the view."

"Great location, nice view of fuji-san, nice garden and trail at the back, nice breakfast with a lot of choice. The fact the rooms had some older furniture was fine since it was according to price. Easier control of hot water in the shower would be better."

"The gentleman who spoke excellent English helped us when we drove up to the front is a very excellent representative and face for the hotel and demonstrates hospitality well. The overall hotel has the feeling of omotenashi which is rarer and rarer now as more foreign workers and more foreigners with a disregard for Japanese unspoken habits are hired in these hotels. I hope to come back just to relax and hope to see this hotel maintain its excellence. "

"I was so impressed with the staff’s ability to accommodate me with their English! The room was perfect for what was needed, and the location, whilst a 12 min walk from the station, it was wonderfully QUIET and restful. Would definitely recommend!"
