I would have appreciated more amenities in the room—-Molton and Brown toiletries, a club chair and ottoman for corner reading, room service….these typical boutique hotel gestures are...

" The Hotel is in bad need of renovation. I had to ask the staff to come over both days to let us in to our room because of the door handle would not work. It was cold each morning and you could see the outside light under the door keeping the room cold."
