"The hotel is within Yamagata Station, a perfect place to stay in especially when it is snowing outside. Excellent hotel and definitely value for money. Will stay again if we are back in Yamagata."

"The spa is quite far out but has accessable buses from Sendai Station. The onzen was wonderful and clean. Staff was very friendly and spoke english. Only word of caution is unless you eat at the hotel, dinner options are limited and youd have to walk into town. Still a wondeful experience and would definitely stay again if we are in the Miyagi area. "
