"It really felt like I was living in Japan rather than living as a tourist!! The manager was sitting outside of the property and checked me in instantly. He also had an assistant who helped carried my heavy suitcase up the stairs. You are given a key for your apartment unit and are responsible for not losing it. "The appartment is in a local and safe area although it looks old. My family stayed in room 303 for 4 nights. It was a very comfort place. It has two bedrooms and a family room with two sofabeds, perfect for 6 people. It is very clean and has everything you need in the house. The apartment is five minutes away from the JR train station (about 30 min to Tokyo station) and there are a lot of restaurants and convenience stores around it, also a Donquixote nearby. The owner is very nice and friendly....

"If you want more of a homey feel, I would definitely recommend this place! It was a 5 min walk to the train station and a 2 min walk to a convenience store. "Our floor was on the second floor and there was no elevator to go the second floor and the stairs were so narrow. Imagine having to carry luggage up narrow steps. The bath towels were so little and thin so bring your own, which you shouldn’t have to. On the plus side, it was roomy and had a washer and dryer. Quiet neighborhood and not too far from the train station. It was clean but very dated. Fridge and freezer worked great and it had two air conditioning units. "
