"Unfortunately you could hear the loud noise from the crossing nearby until fairly late at night. We could also hear someone’s TV in the night. Check in was very quick and easy, polite staff and a generally very clean and pleasant premises. The room was pretty spacious and very clean too."

"My second stay here. A passageway connects the hotel to JR Okayama station so it’s most convenient when travelling by train. Staff & service are excellent. Will stay here again next time I’m in Okayama."

"Pillow is a bit hard. I think it could be changed if request. I stayed 2 nights and only pressed the "change towels button". The towel bag was hung on my door handle. They didn’t come inside to do cleanup (i.e. rubbish bag also not changed). I saw someone put towel bag inside "used towel" in the onsen area. It is not very hygiene if it places clean towel again."

"If you paid to stay at this hotel, you have already paid too much. The only redeeming quality of this place is the staff, they were friendly and polite. As for the building, to call this hotel "dated" is an understatement as it is right out of the 1960s. The room was hot and the AC was not working properly. We opened the windows to cool off, but the area around the hotel was not great. It was noisy and smelled like diesel. The room had a lot of dust and the carpets were dirty. I would not...
