"My experience at this hotel was a pleasant one. We walked from the Shin station. We arrived early and they happily checked our bags in while we went to Team Lab for entertainment. They helped arrange a Taxi to Team Labs for us. When we arrived back to the hotel, the check process was easy, even though I do not speak Japanese. They were very friendly and spoke English. The room was really clean and had pajamas and slippers for all 3 of us. I really liked their soaking tub and rose bath salts. "

"Great location to subway, only 1 stop to the airport or 1 stop to Hakata for the Shinkensen. Check in was not as straight forward as it should of been - the booking code wasnt active so didnt work. Messaged them through expedia and they sorted it so we could get in. No keys, we just took a photo of the codes to open doors. There is quite alot of road noise during the night so if you are a light sleeper this could be an issue. The is a restaurant downstairs which was good/convenient. Family...

"This hotel is located so close to Hakata Station that you can get anywhere you need to go to. It’s also close to a lot of temples and malls that are walkable. The staff are very nice and even help me ship a couple of packages. I’d definitely recommend this hotel!!"
