"The location and property where great and convenient to stay in. We have family that live in Rotorua so we spent a lot of time with them. The disappointing bit was finding that the house had not been cleaning out of the previous occupants food that was left in a kitchen drawer and was rotting. It was eventually cleaned out, also the downstairs carpet smelt musty, as we had a baby coming from overseas, we cleaned the carpet ourselves and put an air freshener along with the air purifier down there...
