"the house is nice and is exactly as described on the website but there are things that did not work properly and that should for the price we paid (high season being in August), and that we reported to the owner as well. The most important is the electrical panel that was defective (several of us received slight electric shocks, especially in the kitchen), a single key to open and close the house (being a house for 8 people, the management is complicated), the cooker fire very weak, the shower...

"The perfect location to relax while visiting many sites in the area. Quinta Mota II was clean, comfortable, quiet, had everything we needed, and the backyard and salt pool was incredible. From this location it is a short drive to the beach and many sites, we visited Obidos, Alcobaca, Batalha, and several beaches. And then returned for swim and a peaceful quiet nights sleep. "We had a wonderful 2 day stay at the Mill House near Santa Cruz. Carla and her family were incredibly welcoming, generous and warm people. Right after check in we got a tour of the farm that is part of the property and her husband gave us samples of some things they grow there. Carla, her husband and daughter were extremely helpful and responsive to any little issues that came up. I would highly recommend this property to anyone planning a visit to the area and especially families that can take...

"Accueil chaleureux, charmant jardin et piscine comme sur les photos, mais il s’agit vraiment d’un logement en demi sous-sol, très humide et sommairement aménagé et peu pratique (la salle de bains n’est pas accessible directement, il faut passer par un couloir demi-extérieur avec un sol de béton brut). On sent de très gros efforts et une grande gentillesse de la part des hôtes, mais l’espace n’est pas très agréable et on entend le moindre mouvement des occupants du logement situé au-dessus....
