This is a great 120 yr old historic home with all its glory and the unique quirks that go along with its age. Property owner was super friendly, responsive, and great to work with. "Had a group of guys on a golf trip to play some of the local RTJ courses. Place was close enough to the courses and some other spots including grocery store, coffee shops and restaurants. Allowed us to be able to come back and walk to restaurants after long day on the course. The game room worked well for the group and while the home isn’t large it worked out just fine."

We only stayed Saturday night so the train wasn’t an issue, but the track runs within feet of the house. The furniture is comfy. I do have some suggestions. The listing says it accommodates 7 but the supplies were a little short for that amount of people. We couldn’t find any sheets or blankets for the couch. I...

"This is a treasure of a house! We greatly enjoyed our comfortable stay while visiting family in the area. I had made food in advance and frozen it, and we were able to heat everything up in the oven to enjoy. The kitchen felt like being at home. It was quite chilly outside during our stay, but the house was cozy and warm. Our dog loved the mostly-fenced yard to get to run each day. If you have little adventurers, know that Turkey Creek is in the backyard and will require monitoring. ...
