"The property is very spacious and well maintained. We rented the main level, which has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It was great. The kitchen is huge. The views from the deck are really nice too. For part of the stay we rented a small upstairs apartment for our friends. It was so nice. The owner is very pleasant too. Overall it was an excellent stay and we would definitely stay there again."

I had messaged three times in the week with no answer so we were hoping everything was going to be ok. We asked another holiday maker staying near us and managed to make contact. We finally got the code for the door at about 4pm. After that it was great. Thank you .."

"Very clean and secure gated parking. We went see a show and this is right across the street from Avondale music venue. It is a bit noisy with the night club across the street playing music late and the traffic. Was not enough for us to keep us from staying again. "

"We were visiting relatives close by and this was a perfect location. Quiet neighborhood and easy access to major roads. Very clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was there. Nice having washer/dryer. Detailed instructions were sent for arrival and departure procedures. Occasional noises and cooking odors from upstairs guests but that was to be expected.. we will be visiting this place again."
