"フロアは男女分かれていますが、お互いのフロアは自由に行き来できてしまうのでセキュリティ面が不安でした。 21:00以降はスタッフさんもいないので、夜中にもし何か問題が起きたらどうするんだろうと気になりました。設備自体は新しくてとても綺麗で使いやすかったのでもったいないです。クッションがあるのも最高でした。"

"Poor mgmt, won’t even let me leave luggage until checkin. (The latest checkin ever 5pm! And checkout 10am!) Poor hospitality. 3rd no elevator. Tiny tiny space, tiny bathroom - even the stupid ‘wardrobe’ look limits your already tiny space so you bang your head in it when getting in and out of bed. Bailed after one night - for the same price or less. take the generous Unplan at Shinjuku instead."

"highly recommended this is a wonderful place for families the staff are so lovely and helpful right to the cleaners also easy to get around to the train and to 7-11 shop we will stay again next year thank you for the wonderful stay from the Anderson’s from New Zealand ☺️"

"The service was amazing, the room beautiful, with modern fixtures and nice furniture, the morning breakfast bar great, and a great view of the SkyTree. This was like an oasis after staying in some accommodations that were not nearly this good. I already said this but the front end staff were absolutely wonderful. We felt so welcome and cared for when we arrived."
