"great view and access to the beach, ocean view. atmosphere was cozy comfortable. there were several examples of disrepair in need of attention that detracted from the overall experience. Simple clean up of the property would help. repair of things broken would help.. My DIY bent wanted to go to the hardware store and get stuff to fix things . "

"My daughter and I take a 2-night trip every year during her spring break. We absolutely loved staying at this villa! Because it is located in a gated community, the neighborhood is quiet and the beach isn't crowded. We had the entire beach to ourselves both times we walked on it. The villa is also super close to Hunting Island, which we visited and spent 3 hours on the Boneyard Beach. Grocery stores and restaurants are just a 20 minutes or less drive away. We enjoyed our stay, and I can't wait...
