"We came down to SC for a golf tournament and were very fortunate to find this space on the course I was playing. Very happy with the experience and the owner went out of her way to answer questions and make us comfortable. The town home surpassed our expectations - clean / roomy enough for 2-4 people / modern feel yet warm with a family vibe. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone heading to the low country for vacation!"

"This home is perfect for us and we have stayed there for three years now. The owner's communication is fantastic from check in, throughout our stay and check out. The home is extremely clean, tidy and the kitchen is well equipped with everything we need. The view is stunning. This property is our favorite "special place" for us to relax, ride bikes, eat out, walking on the beach and enjoying the beauty surrounding us. Note: there is plenty more to do in the area but this is our favorite things...

"We were disappointed in the location because the advertisement said ocean front and it was not. The kitchen had very few kitchen utensils for cooking. There was a room called a bedroom that was very small without a closet and the ability to unpack suitcases. There was no shower on the first floor. We had a person who had health issues and the 3 flight of stairs were not mentioned in the description. We will not stay there again. Also, "

"Was a nice little place for the 4 of us. It is plenty for 4 but not more. Great that it had chairs for the beach and that little cart . Short walk to the beach. Only thing that didn't work was the entrance for the indoor pool but was no problem since the weather was nice. The beach was very Privat "

"What a beautiful island!! We will for sure make this a new vacation spot for our little family for years to come! 438 Double Eagle was a very convenient location- less than 5 min drive to the beach. It was a nice, cozy condo and we loved that it’s so pet friendly! The only drawback were the beds. If you prefer a nice firm mattress you’re in luck. They were not at all comfortable to me and I found myself sleeping on the pullout sofa most nights of our stay. Other than that, it was a great place...

"Due to hurricane Helene we had to stay a few extra days in South Carolina due to roads closed. Pelican watch got us in with a 2 day notice! Thx so much! My only complaint was dogs barking but I understand this villa allow pets so if you love dogs you won’t have a problem! We loved the ocean view and the pool and everything that came with the villa!"

"The condo was great, it has everything you need for a stay with the family. Plenty of room, all the necessities in the kitchen etc. It wasnt perfect though. On the listing i didnt read anywhere that these facilities did not have an elevator. It was only sent at the very very end of a long email about the check in process the day before. We were on the 3rd floor. It wasn't a complete deal breaker but i feel like it needs to be clearly written some where for people deciding to book to can see it....

"From check in to check out this has been one of my favorite trips. The host were very accommodating to our needs and answered all the questions we had. We loved drinking our coffee on the outside patio while watching the waves crash and the sounds of the ocean just steps away. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Fripp! "
