"Condo was less than expected. Fans in bathroom didn't work or when they did i was waiting for a fire. Every step the upstairs neighbors took could be heard, not to mention the squeeking floor. The hot tub is supposed to be 18+ only, but every evening a group of teens would congregate, play music and drink alcohol, making it so the adults couldnt use the hot tub. Called security and was told the cameras didnt work, but they would check. I could see the hot tub from my condo. The security guy never showed but they did put a 4th sign up the next day, outling the age policy. Lastly, the number of teens running around making noise at all hours of the night was crazy. "
