"We had a wonderful weekend in this cottage. The location is great, a 2 block easy walk to the beach. Lots of beach fun with the grand kids. The back deck and table were a wonderful setting for dinner outdoors. The listing included a pull out queen that was not there, but the host apologized and assures us it has been corrected. "Never received a Welcome note or check in to the rental. Had to reach out to the property owner to gain access. No instructions on the stay or expectations. Arrived to a dirty house, left as it was from the previous renter. Cleaners didn't come until 10am the next day and spent over 3 hours cleaning. We didn't have access until after 1pm.
