"It was as cute as it looked on-line and gave us a great space for hanging out and enjoying each other's company. That said, I would recommend that you rent this with loved ones as privacy is limited because of the indoor design. With no insulation or dry wall every noise is heard throughout the house! Other nice surprises: new AC units (very quiet), very comfortable beds, and an outdoor shower with good light. The street is very quiet. I was surprised that basic kitchen supplies weren't included...

"Stayed here for a girls trip. We were a group of 11. Most of the beds are doubles so probably can’t actually sleep 12 unless you’re a kid or on the smaller side. The way the beds are arranged requires one person to crawl over the other to get out of bed since they’re pushed up against the wall. (Not a dealbreaker but something to consider for guest comfort). As others have mentioned, feels bigger than it looks in the photos. The bathrooms were ok. To break it down: there’s 1 half bath...

"The hosts Anthony and Whittney are nothing short of fabulous! They were very gracious and very responsive to all my questions. The house was in a great location being so close to the ocean and it was very clean and easy to navigate with the touch of an iPad. The heated pool was perfect for my family to gather and play. "Wonderful 2nd time staying at this location. Easy walk to the beach and great restaurants in ocean bay park. Biggest issue was not having anyone to text with questions. At other properties we have stayed we could contact the owners- Vacasa didn’t allow for this here. When the codes given to us didn’t unlock the bicycles we needed, it took a long time to get a hold of someone and the people who texted back gave generic answers and couldn’t help. They gave us the same code we had already received....

"The home is wonderful in a great location. Only if that location was known to the rental company. It may be a google problem, but someone needs to pin the correct location, otherwise you wind up on the wrong ferry, in the wrong town. "
