"Other than almost being attacked by someone’s loose dog on the roof. The property was very clean and the people were very friendly. The view was amazing the staff were very helpful the room was very clean and neat. Smaller than the picture however still amazing and enough room to move around comfortably. Over all it was a wonderful experience"

"We stayed for 1 night before a flight. We had booked a room with 2 double beds and were pleasantly surprised to find we had a suite with 2 en-suite bedrooms. Our suite was comfortable. It was on the 1st floor, there’s no lift. We ate in the on site restaurant, the food and service was great. We used the free airport shuttle to go to the airport in the morning."

"The hotel was a surprise because it was so nice and the staff so helpful. The food at the breakfast and restaurant was also great. We had a wonderful time there, would recommend it for anyone wanting to spend a few days in San Jose to see the city and the surrounding area."

"This property had a casino and restaurant on site. The facility is clean, resort like pool area. Housekeeping staff was amazing always brought what we needed. Great value for the price."

"Excellent stay. It is physically linked to the Holiday Inn express. Multiple choices for food including a Dennys and Subway at walkable distance. There is also a supermarket nearby. If you feel lucky, there is a casino next door"
