"The cottage has a front porch with four chairs out front plenty of space a barbecue grill a picnic table outside the screen in area the inside has a full kitchen dining area living room two bedrooms and a full bathroom this place is exceptionally clean and decorated nicely"

"Great place to stay, if you're looking to relax. And be close to nature. Plenty of parks nearby. And water for kayaking."

"The cottage has a great view of the lake and great location for the amenities of this resort, but unfortunately, while our boat was parked, some items became missing. Host is great. Place is nice and clean. Just keep your stuff locked up."

"We live in Cape Coral, Florida, and wanted a little place to get away with a country feel. We found it! The cute quaint cabin with the rocking chairs on the front porch, large fenced in backyard with the chicken coop, and the neighbors horses to greet us. Exactly what we needed. We will definitely be back again. Can’t forget to mention the bakery around the corner what friendly people and delicious baked items. Will definitely be back.Thsnk you Dayne"

"My husband and I booked this cabin to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We loved our stay and were not ready to leave! The house and the property are beautiful and secluded. "The location was beautiful. We had a very nice trip."

"The screened in porch was great when it rained - we could still enjoy the river. Being right on the rainbow river was priceless. There were enough kayaks for all of us, life jackets -- everything. Comfy couches and chairs for the entire family in the large living room. Quiet secluded neighborhood. All of this offset the older home. We actually felt like we were at grandma's house -- even had vintage dishes!"

"Since I booked, Mary was very kind and helpful. We really felt welcome to the cottage and the neighborhood. Also, she made us feel very special leaving a card and some goodies because of our 14th Anniversary. It was very clean and organized and it was really above our expectations. The kitchen was well supplied, comfortable beds and bedding...plus extra towels for the pool! LOVE the large TV screen! We will be back next year!"

"The weather so nice, we decided Lake Kerr was calling us for a quick getaway. We packed, hooked the jet ski up and were off. The property and cabin were very nice and the time away was just what we needed. The cabin has everything you need and was just a few steps from the beautiful water. I would have liked the swimming area to have been a little larger and cleaned out a little more for larger groups to sit out in ."
