"I haven’t any complaints about the property. The booking process was organized and made our stay stress free. Property close to family and the Villages are calling my name. I would love to stay at property again. The Villages, as a whole, is the perfect place for me to live. I would love the chance to be a part of the community permanently."

"The house was not large, but well laid out and felt spacious. It was immaculate and surprisingly well stocked. There was an abundance of dishes, cooking supplies and kitchen utensils. There were also bathing products and cleaning materials provided. All we needed to add in the 2 weeks we were there were a few rolls of toilet tissue. One disappointment was that The Villages required us to purchase visitor passes in order to use the pool. That cost us $53.50 for the 12 day period that we had left...

"Pro: The home is absolutely gorgeous and the location is very nice. Con: The host is a pain in the tail to deal with. The listing states a pet fee (not per pet fee) and a few other fees. When you get the paperwork from the host there are more fees and they charge the pet fee per dog (even if the dogs don't stay). I have rented many homes and have NEVER had to jump through all the hoops that this host requires (especially the security deposit---not a hold, an actually carried all the way through...

"We spent 2 delightful weeks in Brian and Laura’s beautiful home. It was as lovely as the pictures reflected. We had our 2 grandchildren with us the first week so that was a busy time at the parks. But the second week was all about relaxing on the beautiful lanai. The view was amazing. We DEFINITELY plan on going back. I would give it 10 stars. Thank you to Brian, Laura and Brian’s parents for making us feel at home immediately upon arrival."

"We have family that lives close by and this worked out perfectly for our many get togethers during our week there. The Villa had a bright open decor with a beautiful view of a small lake and golf course off of the lanai. Fenced in backyard was so nice for our dog. So many things to do close by with a ride on the golf cart. Amenities were plentiful with a well stocked kitchen which worked for us as I did a lot of cooking!
