"Great kitchen with everything you need. Coop Supermarket was conveniently located next door. Had a river view, but was next to the train track and busy road. The surrounding area was up-and-coming, and not as clean as other areas in Luzern. Easy and quick to get to the city center. The bus stop was right in front of the apartment. "

"Apartment is big with a sizeable living and fully equipped kitchen complete with cutleries, knives , wine opener, a few saucepans , frying pans oven , microwave , fridgr and dishwasher . The bathroom is big, clean and looks newly renovated There is a bus stop 3 mins walk away which goes to the Lucerne central bus station which is very convenient. "

"We had a wonderful time and were very well taken care of. There was an issue caused by Expedia during our stay which the hotel staff resolved with utmost thoughtfulness and professionalism. "Located in Horw but well connected with trains to downtown Lucerne. Check in was cumbersome as it was all ‘personless’. I did not see a hotel employee in the 3 days we stayed and that felt impersonal and vague. One must have a good data plan and lots of phone battery life at all times otherwise you cannot enter the building. There is no one you can call if you are stranded out. We had to ask at 4 places in the neighbourhood before someone could help us. Another couple checking in at the same time had the same problem. "Great location in a historical building. Walkable to grocery and the lake/river tourist area. The building common area is a bit dated but look interesting if you like historical building. The apartment is spacious and modern. Big fully equipped kitchen, full size fridge. Nice Tereace. The bedroom with a bathroom are on the ground floor. there is an AC in the bedroom but not cool enough, only works like a fan. The AC upstairs is better but not enough to cover the living/dining/extra bed area....

"We stayed on the top floor overlooking Chapel Bridge. The cobble roads make it tricky with a suitcase as do the stairs. You have to come to the back of the building to get in. There is no reception. We took the 1 person elevator each day. They have a free washing machine and clothes dryer and we just had to provide our own detergent. Perfect addition. Also able to cook for ourselves which saved lits of money. Would definitely stay in this room again"
