"A great budget hotel! I did not use their breakfast option as it was an extra fee (I believe it was 10 francs per day) but during my 10 day stay their staff was always hard at work and kept the place clean in spite of our haphazard sloppy in-and-outs. The booking guaranteed a Zone pass where busing and trains are free to use. Going past Luzern/Lucerne to Zürich from here is an expenaive endeavor however. The area around the hotel is under construction and appears to be an upcoming industrial area, and the sidewalks are non existent along parts if you follow the road. There are many restaurants nearby too. My favorite part was the mountain view of Pilatus from the window and the very friendly, incredibly helpful staff."

"Brilliant stay, stayed 4 nights with my family. Location isn’t bad as train station 2-3 mins walking distance, and the free voucher to travel to Luzern station was very handy. Room was great, very clean, service brilliant. They have thought of most things with usb charging port, able to request certain items like toothbrush, hotel also had microwave in the lounge area which was very helpful. Staff were amazing, very helpful, always ready to help and offer advices when asked esp for travelling around. Breakfast again was of very good standards. Honest can’t fault anything during our stay and defenitely recommend it. Thank you for a lovely stay."

"Close to train station and ferries. Walk to old town in minutes. Hotel recommended Italian/Swedish restaurant best steak my husband has ever eaten and he loves steak. 3 minutes walk. I think this was a perfect location. Caught the bus 5 minutes walk after checking in and went straight to Mt Pilates. It was a great weekend visit. "

"View was partial but very nice. Small room but all I needed. Sparkling water included in the room. I forgot my plug adaptor and they lend me one. Staff was very friendly and recommended restaurants like La Bestia - great pizzeria just a minute walk. "
