I was greeted by Rebekka who walked me through all of the hotel amenities while serving me a welcome beverage. She handled every detail of my stay, including arranging my four day ski pass. The hotel if beautifully appointed in the Alpine style. I didn't know what "half board" meant when I booked the hotel...it means that dinner, as well as...

"If the skiing is poor you can make use of the spa which is better than many spas I've been to. Wonderful staff. Excellent food. Very very clean. Just beware of guests who smoke in halls. "
