"This is our second time coming to this hotel. We found it quite lovely, however we could see some downgrades from last year in terms of food. The cafe was closed the entire time. The spa has a bit of a smell and the pillows and duvet are not the best. I think they can improve on that. The staff is friendly and everyone speaks English, that was great. "I booked this hotel at the last moment without knowing much about the area, other than I was going Obergurgl to ski. I was pleasantly surprised! I was greeted by Rebekka who walked me through all of the hotel amenities while serving me a welcome beverage. She handled every detail of my stay, including arranging my four day ski pass. The hotel if beautifully appointed in the Alpine style. I didn't know what "half board" meant when I booked the hotel...it means that dinner, as well as...

"Hotel was good, our room was lovely and had a good view of the mountains. Hotel just lacked a bit of atmosphere, there was a bar but only small so no where really to sit and relax in the evening. We were only B &B , breakfast was good but we had one evening meal in there which was disappointing. "
