"Our first time in Crans Montana and we enjoyed it immensely. Everything was in tip top shape in the house. Beds are quite comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. It’s easy access to Crans with trails right outside the neighborhood. We loved our stay, thank you, Francoise"

"Lovely location and good chalet. Just needs a bit of focus -dishwasher doesn’t work as jets completely chalked up. No towels or bedding in one of the bedrooms on arrival, although did fiz this quickly the next day after it was reported. Excruciating when the whole evening when you’re sat in the living area, the floor above scrape chairs across the floor making your ceiling shudder. Perhaps a bit of felt under the chairs legs?"

"We are a family of 6 and stayed for 2 nights. Our flight got delayed so we arrived completely exhausted around 10:40 pm. The main door to the building was locked and owner was not responsive to our messages so we were terrified we would be on the street the whole night. I finally found an employee of another building whose boss thankfully had a key and let us in. Next issue we faced was the elevator was broken the entire time and the apartment is on the 4th floor.
