"Tug behind an alleyway. Second closest hotel to the entry gate on the main shopping strip. Clean, great price, and very friendly stuff. It's no 5 star hotel but you have everything you need around the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel while in Petra "

"Property is just up the hilly road from the Petra visitor center which you can see from the location. Perfect stay if you have a car because there is parking and driving down to Petra visitor center / restaurant strip is a 1min drive. No need to even GPS it. The rooms were okay. The owner lives onsite and is very welcoming and accommodating. Would stay here again for the price! "

"We arrived at the resort with our rental car flashing warning signs that we were out of gas. (FYI, rentals in Jordan do not come with a full tank of gas). The staff went out of their way to assist us with our problem. Overall the facilities, staff and location were all top notch. I doubt you could find a better place to stay in Petra. "

"Much much better than expected from a decor, staff, service and value perspective! It would be quite easy for Petra Moon Luxury Hotel to rest on its incredibly good location but it doesn’t. It makes you feel welcomed and appreciated from the moment the valet arrives to help you with your bags. Every single staff member I interacted with was helpful, polite and knowledgeable. Great facilities and much better room design than I expected. They could have skimped on materials or floor plan or room features but they simply did not and did everything right. I was debating between this and the Movenpick next door but I believe this was a better choice and a much better value. Highly highly recommended! Our best hotel experience in Jordan so far"

"Amaziiiiing service to begin with, ALL the staff was soOoooo accommodating. There was an afternoon receptionist was soooo sweet. Besides the amazing service, i loooved my view from the balcony. Near Petra and restaurants. Would DEFINITELY recommend and would stay again here."
