"Very convenient to ferry, a short bus ride away from the train station. Good breakfast, coin laundry, amazing view. Large room, hotel staff very helpful. Clean and comfortable. "

"Impressive lobby and facade of hotel. The good thing about this hotel is there is free bar with drinks and nuts for limited hours for guests. If you are allocated a room at the new wing, then you will have a decent room. Hence, please ensure you pick the room correctly. Walked passed the corridor of the old rooms and it feels wierd as it is such a mismatch. The 5th floor where the washing machine n dryer are placed are so quiet scary. "Loved this property. It’s set in such a beautiful location. We choose a room with a private onsen, set on a balcony overlooking the mountain. It was quite an experience soaking in the tub watching the snow come down. The dining experience was great and food was delicious. Staff were friendly and welcoming. "
