"New construction was an annoyance but I survived it. Was quiet at night and they helped to keep noise to a minimum. Other qualities helped overshadow construction issues. This property faces best beach in world. Go because of that. Great restaurants within easy walking distance. Owner lives onsite with sons to help run the place."

"We rented the 2 bedroom luxury condo I will list the pros and cons Pros A huge 2 bedroom room unit Staff all very friendly ( not much English) and try very hard We never ran out of towels The views from the apartment were spectacular. Cons Like hike up a hill, there was suppose to be a golf cart to take you up but it was out of commission House keeping basically consist of towel change and floor swept, Never was our bed made , floor washed sinks or mirrors cleaned. "Becca and her staff were so helpful and wonderful for our entire trip. It is not in the middle of the tourist trap areas, but they are close if you want to go visit.
