"Everything was very easy and comfortable- the kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfy- and everything worked. We were quite happy with both the accommodations and the location! The one thing that was different, which I have not seen previously, was that you had to pay separately for all electricity used. This could get pretty pricy if you had to use the ac. "Travis and Trish had a beautiful place up in the hill looking at the ocean, the place is quiet, the room was perfect for our long stay, the pool and hot tub were a nice bonus. We walked almost everyday to Luna beach and from there to West Bay or the west end. We loved our stay here. The owners were very helpful and understanding, the gave us rides when needed and accommodated us. We definitely will stay here again."

"We spent a week in the Sunset View 2. It was unseasonably rainy but the big balcony looking right at the sea framed by swaying palms made it hard to leave to go do other things in Roatan. "This property is amazing wonderful. The staff is over the top friendly and accommodating, all with a smile. There had been a recent storm so there was some damage, no fault of staff or owners. We walked easily from the hotel to the beach and enjoyed the friendly beach vibe. HIGHLY recommend this property, it is not like a mega resort, much smaller and many times superior. The employees ( retesting intentionally) are wonderful, enhancing our stay. Everytime we asked for help they handled immediately, I never felt that I was creating an inconvenience. I also recommend communicating in advance by email with Jane. She KNOWS everything and is very helpful with more than just property details. "

Modern, serene paradise

"The entire experience was amazing! This hotel is an oasis on the coast with amazing food and drinks with fresh, healthy ingredients. Our room was more like a modern villa with a private staircase and enormous balcony with lounge furniture overlooking a courtyard with a reflecting pool and lush trees. Beyond the courtyard, you can see the ocean right from the balcony. The security guards protect the space from other tourists so it is very private and has roped off loungers on the beach. With a short walk, you can walk to the grocery store, restaurants and bars. "

"All perfect: the attention, the beauty of the hotel, all green areas, the beach no more than 100 meters of the room (maximum!). The room was a surprise! it seems like those expensive apartments you rent, but in the middle of this paradise...and actually a super good fee! Congratulations, hopefully will be back in a near future!"
