"This is a large party space for things like hen dos. Its not a place for anyone to stay in if they're not their to party. There were crumbs on the stained sofa, freezing air pumped out non-stop, no hot water and the tv played at 100% volume or mute. It saud there was 24/7 check in fedk when you actually had to walk another fifteen minutes with your bags to get the keys. We arrived earlier, tried talking to someone at all costs, calling to get a message saying that the number doesn't exist, knocking, using the password that was provided. We tried everything. Waited almost 2h to make sure it wasn't a timing thing but nobody ever replied. "For the money this is a really good apartment. Don’t expect a reply from the owner though, we requested replenishment of toilet roll but got nothing back. One roll for a four night stay! The communal kitchen is useful but a real pain for us as it was right next to the entry to our room……Comings and goings all the while. Security needs improvement too. "Absolutely fantastic place. Very enjoyable stay,close to the town centre and also close to all the attractions. The Reception staff Very helpful and informative. Would definitely recommend them and hopefully get to stay again in the future. "
