"This 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment was perfect for our family of five adults. It was very clean and quite lovely both inside and out (I may be biased but the landscaping of this building is the best in Carpinteria). The kitchen was well-provisioned in terms of cookware and dishware - and we appreciated the pantry space since we cooked many of our own meals. The 4 washers and 5 dryers in the common area were quite helpful in allowing us to pack fewer items of clothing. The location is unbelievable...

"Our family of five and dog really enjoyed our stay at this Summerland home! The unit is nicely remodeled, clean, and cozy and has everything we needed. The location is fantastic and we loved walking around town, grabbing coffee, and going to the beach daily. The proximity to the highway/noise was not an issue for us. Host was super easy to communicate with - would definitely stay here again!"

"This property is perfect for anyone wanting to visit beautiful Ventura. The location is in walking distance to downtown Main St. It is decorated beautifully and the beds are so comfortable! Added plus was the beautiful sunset with an ocean view. Super clean and Landon and Evie were there if anything was needed. Highly recommend and can not wait to visit again in the future."

"Here’s text I sent— Hey Reina, I was gonna wait til we left to tell you about our issues with your place and our stay here but I don’t see any reason to wait. There’s quite a few things we are unhappy with: the sleeping situation is probably the most horrible we’ve dealt with in a very long time. The pullout bed is a mess. It’s slanted downward at the head, Of course it’s a pullout so super uncomfortable but this one is old and clearly worn out. And there’s light coming in through the windows...
