One issue - one of 2 coffee machines was broken (these things happen), the other on a go slow, so there were queues which could have been better managed, worked around"

The only criticism was that the mattress was a tad too hard for our liking but that's a personal taste. Apart from that, everything was excellent including the breakfast.
