"Can’t say enough about Tugu and its staff. They went above and beyond to make our stay incredible. We had an early flight to catch and they had breakfast prepared for us at 6am, usually not available until 7am. Highly recommend staying here. "

"A lovely old fashioned hotel. No lift which did cause a challenge but we managed in the end. Tiwi in reception was fantastic, answered all my questions and helped organize a car to see some of Lombok. Alvira was great with her friendly attitude at breakfast. Thank you ladies. The area around the hotel is very dirty and this is the only negative as it spoils the Hotel ."
