"Honestly one of the best beach holidays we've been on. The property is exactly as pictured, the staff were super friendly and helpful, and the food (especially the pizza!) was fantastic. We loved the private beach area where we spent a lot of our time. We won't be able to stay anywhere else when in Gili T, that's for sure :) Thanks for making our holiday so wonderful. "

"BEST hotel I stayed at during my whole trip to Bali and near by islands. The room was beautiful and the entire location is perfect with 2 pools as well as beach access. The staff is so kind, attentive and helpful. They go out of their way to be helpful and even help you book other activities. Would absolutely stay here again. Ivan and Ruly especially were so helpful in the office and we even extended our stay with them."

"Great view, clearn rooms, good pool and services. We stayed in premier room. We had great time as family. Location: Very good. - 8 to 10 min drive in car from airport or jetty. - Has great sea view and mountains. - Evening sunset is especially very beautiful from the balcony or the jetty. Rooms: Clean. Beds are good quality. Balcony has good view as mentioned. Wi-Fi: Average - Not very fast but reasonable Food: - They have very good restaurant, we tried dinner, which was pretty good. - Fellas Pizza(right opp. the gates of the hotel) and a few Warung restaurants are nearby, which are very good as well. Services/staff : - Overall staff is very curteous and helpful. - I was impressed by reservation executive "Arin Kurniawan". He was responsive and made our reserveration. - They also run free shuttle to<=>from airport "

"The wow factor hits you the moment you arrive. From a spacious lobby with lit water features immaculately clean, to greetings from smiling staff. It's right on the beach front, with true infinity pools, that lead your eye right out to the sea. Open air restaurant for three meals a day with sumptuous breakfast included. Plenty of variety and styles. The rooms are either small villas by the see through pool, or at the other end, a 4 storey hotel block with rooms having a sea view & 4 small villas on the ground floor with their own pool. We had an oceanview deluxe room, completely facing west to catch the sunsets every night. The rooms are huge with a safe, kettle, fridge, TV and large closet, plenty of cupboard & drawer space. There are tea & coffee supplies & bottles of fresh water every day. Beach towels are provided. The bathrooms are the biggest I've ever seen, all capable of taking wheelchairs should you need it, &all floors are serviced by elevators. There is a rooftop gym, cliff restaurant, paid for airport shuttles, tours to the nearby Gili Islands & excellent snorkelling right off the beach. The resort rooms all have balconies & there are really comfortable day beds, in the immaculate grounds & by the pools, which also has a swim up bar. The staff are amazing, Fery & Dwi at the restaurant to name just two. The staff are this hotels biggest assets. One downside is there are NO USB charging sockets in the rooms, so bring a plug/lead for the tv USB socket"

"I recently stayed at Svarga and had a wonderful experience overall! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making check-in a breeze. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and great amenities. The location was perfect for exploring the area, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. However, I did notice that the toilet bidet hose in my room could use some extra cleaning attention. It’s a small detail, but keeping everything pristine enhances the overall guest experience. Despite this, I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing stay. I’ll certainly be back! "
