The serene atmosphere added to the charm, and the beachfront access was a highlight, even though it wasn’t a private beach. "I really enjoyed my stay at the Novotel! We were hesitating between a resort and staying right in Kuta, but I am glad we chose the resort. It gave us a nice and quiet place to hang out that was a needed contrast to the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff were very helpful and nice! Huge shout out to: Leha, Erna, Ong, Sam (who gave the market tour), Rich man, and Ariana! I miss you guys! I would highly recommend!"

"Very nice hotel, nice poolarea. Good food. The beach on this side is not so good for swimming (many corals) so you need to rent a bike and go to the otherside if you like to swim in the ocean. But a really nice place to stay if you want it quiet."

"A lovely old fashioned hotel. No lift which did cause a challenge but we managed in the end. Tiwi in reception was fantastic, answered all my questions and helped organize a car to see some of Lombok. Alvira was great with her friendly attitude at breakfast. Thank you ladies. The area around the hotel is very dirty and this is the only negative as it spoils the Hotel ."

"We were very happy with our room and the private pool, would have been good to have two sun lounges next our private pool to relax on instead of only two chairs. Location is on the quiet side of the island which suited us, only a 15 minute bike ride to the harbour area."

"Lovely Hotel with great service and fantastic staff who could not do enough for you. Location is a bit out of the action with not much easily walkable but this suited us well and taxis are so cheap. Overall a great stay and highly recommended. "
