"Excellent, really pleasant staff, I would stay again and will go back. I thoroughly enjoyed interacting with them, especially the afternoon/evening staff who saved my hat. ;) The hotel has a charm, with solid service for a business trip. Basic breakfast is available along with a full bar for the evening. Clean rooms and bathrooms. The location is in an alley in the old town center, with a short walk to shops, restaurants, and the Lorenzkirche train station and a short walk to the castle."
