I thoroughly enjoyed interacting with them, especially the afternoon/evening staff who saved my hat. ;) The hotel has a charm, with solid service for a business trip. Basic breakfast is available along with a full bar for the evening. Clean rooms and bathrooms. The location is in an alley in the old town center, with a short walk to shops, restaurants, and the Lorenzkirche train station and a short walk to the castle."

The only thing I would say to be aware of is there is not an elevator so you need to lug your bags up at least 2 floors. I don’t remember seeing this information in the description of the hotel but perhaps I missed it. There are small steps in random thresholds and the staircase is uneven in elevation.
