"Very clean. Excellent commutation with owner lots of room. Fast WiFi. Excellent furniture, bedding etc. Wonderful plus was potable water from refrigerator. FantasticWould ask owners to fix Leaking sink in northeast bedroom, very strong odor in laundry room (we had to air out room), and towel bar in hallway bath"

"From booking to checkout everything was easy and on time. The best review I can give is if we would book this property again and I say we absolutely would. The building is well kept and the neighborhood very quiet. The rooftop pool was clean as was our accommodation. The Ocean is just steps away and the common pool area fantastic. "

"We find most areas of Puerto Vallarta noisy and crowded. This condo in Nuevo Vallarta is located right on the most beautiful quiet and peaceful beach in the area. You will seldom be harrased by vendors walking the beach selling things and you will always find a nice quiet private palapa and charis to spend your day on the beach. "Generally everything met our expectations. We stayed in this complex a couple times before and like that the area as it seems safe and has restaurants on resort and within walking distance. Maria was a great host to deal with and was responsive when we had questions. Within the unit there were a few minor maintenance items that should be dealt with (Maria thanked us for letting her know and said they would) and a deep clean of floors and patio. Nothing that affected the quality of our stay....
