"I traveled solo for the second time and as a woman, it can be a little nerve racking. The staff and volunteers at Casa Santurce made me feel so welcomed and even though I arrived at 2am after the check in hours were closed. One of the staff members, Kelly, happen to come out and get me into my room! I was so thankful and grateful! I was ready to sleep on the floor lol. Sadie, Wasabi, Justice, Carmine and Sunny were such kind and real straight up people! Which is hard to find so thank the Lord...

"The service was horrible. I didn’t even stay there. They was rude before I got there. Try to charge extra charges on me for checking in. I contacted customer service and customer service told me that I couldn’t get my refund back. What a waste of time with them and you. "

"The staff was great. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The place is not very well maintained. Mosquitoes ripped me to shreds in the bathroom and bedroom. There were roaches in the bathroom at night. The bed was not very comfortable. Although the staff was great, I would not stay here again. "
